SNCube streamlines mass printouts in ProService AT

Client
ProService Agent Transferowy (former BRE AT) handles registration and processing of all transactions made by investment and pension funds (transfer agent services). The company provides also current valuation of assets and funds/accounting units including full reporting of data to clients, depositary banks and supervisory bodies.

Challenge
Generating mass confirmation printouts for transactions made by the clients of the investment funds is one of the key elements of ProService AT's business activity. Possibilities to create report templates in the previous system for generating mass printouts were insufficient. Necessity to engage IT engineers to change graphic layout of printouts was another problem.

Solution
The system responsible for coordination of generating mass printouts has been built in Codido to ensure increased flexibility of the critical business process. Harmonious combination of Codido with FreeMaker environment that provides flexible template service and with the OpenOffice suit has enabled to achieve a professional heavy duty solution in a very short time.
