About Apetonic

Apetonic is focused on starting and developing high technology companies. The company was founded in 2006 by people who are peers and friends, with years of experience and success in technology, finance and business. Apart from the four partners, who are engaged in daily business and projects, Apetonic also employs several programmers who are developing portfolio companies as well as realizing projects for clients.

We possess comprehensive technological and business knowledge from our earlier and present engagements. As a team we have been involved in different projects and in almost all aspects of doing business, from starting companies to developing and running companies.

During the last years we have built up a broad and interesting network of contacts, both in Poland and internationally. This gives our portfolio companies access to necessary resources for making growth possible.

Investment approach
How do we work
We launch our own ideas as well as help entrepreneurs in transforming their ideas into companies. We do that by providing financing as well as business and technological know-how at the very early stage of a company's development. Initially ideas are launched as projects within Apetonic. For each project we hire a project leader who later becomes the CEO and partner of the start-up.

What differentiates us from a Venture Capital fund
Our activities are less formalized, we are able to take very quick decisions, and we work close with the management of the start-up on a daily basis support. Due to the very high risk we take, we expect very high profits. The size of our investments is also smaller compared to typical VC projects. We are able to designate no more than 100.000 Euro in each project.
We believe however, that VCs might be good partners for realizing the second round of investment in our portfolio companies.

Our main goal is to provide substantial returns to entrepreneurs, employees and investors by launching businesses that make a difference.
