Dracula Ventures S.A. – technological investments in Poland and Romania

Warsaw, April 2, 2008

Apetonic has established technological fund Dracula Ventures S.A. aiming at making capital investments in early-stage technological ventures operating in Poland and Romania. The single investment will range from PLN 300.000 to PLN 1,5 million. Dracula Ventures has its offices in Warsaw and Bucharest.

At the turn of the second and third quarter of 2008, Dracula Ventures is planning to carry out a private placement and a debut on the NewConnect market.

Ventures started by Apetonic such as Netsprint.pl, Plagiat.pl, Esentia.pl, Wind Telecom or Wind Mobile have already achieved leading positions in their business sectors and above-average growth rates. After Romania’s accession to the European Union it has become a very attractive investment target, appreciated by companies such as Nokia, Oracle or Microsoft, that provide directions for technological development. Dracula Ventures is a new Private Equity fund investing in Polish and Romanian early-stage non-public companies. Taking an ultrahigh risk, Dracula Ventures expects ultrahigh returns on investment. Exits will be realized through flotation or through a trade sale.
