One million PLN of Pre-IPO financing for Eko Export

Warsaw, March 31, 2008

As a result of cooperation with Apetonic, Eko Export having its principal place of business in Bielsko-Biała, has obtained financing in the amount of one million PLN. On March 27, 2008 Privilege Capital Management, a subsidiary of Wrocławski Dom Maklerski, accommodated Eko Export with a loan, with an option to convert the loan into shares. Privilege Capital Management will be entitled to convert the loan into shares of Eko Export equivalent of 15,19% of the company’s share capital.

The loan agreement concluded with Privilege Capital Management is an important milestone in realization of our strategy.
